Graham S. Parlin - Vice President

Graham Parlin has a Bachelor of Science in Economics Degree from Hamilton College (Clinton, NY) and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University’s William’s College of Business. Graham has extensive experience in all aspects of the land development business, including, property acquisition, rezoning, builder contracts and negotiations, engineering, construction management, amenity design and construction, and homeowner’s associations.

As the Development Manager for one of Cincinnati’s
largest privately held land development companies until 2006, Graham was intimately involved in all aspects of
the daily management of several Homearama® Shows
and master planned communities.

Other areas of experience include: planning, project engineering, bidding, job cost budgets, negotiation of development contracts, site inspections and construction management, design and construction of amenities, marketing, home owner’s association documents, boards and issues, bonding and platting.
