Founded in 2006, HPA Development Group is a real estate development company owned and managed by Edward D. Herald Jr. (“Doug”) and Graham S. Parlin. The managing partners of HPA Development Group have collectively spent nearly 30 years working for some of Greater Cincinnati’s most notable land development companies and have helped create some of the region’s most prestigious master-planned developments and golf course communities. HPA Development Group is built upon a foundation of lasting relationships and partnerships with builders, government leaders, subcontractors, consultants and lenders.

In addition to traditional land development, HPA Development Group has found a niche in successfully repositioning and refinancing nonperforming or distressed real estate ventures. With extensive financial backgrounds and resourses, the principals of HPA Development Group have leveraged their unique competencies and have successfully “worked out” numerous troubled communities on behalf of banks, investors and other developers.
